Connectivity & Network Expert

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in connectivity products and technologies such as SDWAN, LAN, WiFi, Proxy, DNS/DHCP, and Firewall
• Manage network architecture compliance with technical architecture and operations documents
• Lead small to medium projects and ensure smooth handover to operations
• Support service managers on complex incidents, diagnostics, and escalation topics
• Drive continuous improvement, vendor coordination, and product community engagement

Requirements

• Deep L2/L3 networking expertise, including BGP, OSPF, and Spanning Tree
• Experience with connectivity technologies and operational support
• Project management experience
• ITIL-oriented service mindset
• Fluent English
