Connectivity Integration Lead, Data Center Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Support site teams in the planning, procurement, and execution of connectivity scope from installation to Server Ready dates
• Drive the design integration of new and existing connectivity systems across the global portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Network Hardware, and Infrastructure Enablement
• Provide technical guidance and quality reviews during connectivity execution, including systems testing and auditing
• Monitor and report on the performance of Meta-contracted and General Contractor-contracted telecom contractors
• Review and approve contracts and change orders within assigned signing authority
• Mentor and onboard Connectivity Engineers and provide expertise in telecommunications design and standards

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in structured cabling, including managing vendors in hyperscale data centers or large-scale construction
• Proven track record of managing the delivery of quality structured cabling installations in hyperscale environments
• Experience creating and driving strategic initiatives across a global portfolio
• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support multiple sites and regions

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in structured cabling, data center development, or construction management
• Experience managing IT or IP network deployment projects in mission-critical environments
• Background in data center engineering, design, commissioning, or operations
• Advanced degree in engineering or business administration
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
