Connectivity Agent (Concierge)

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-arrival communications, including responding to guest emails within 12 hours and coordinating preferences with Reservations.
• Act as a key liaison between guests and hotel departments (Host, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance) to ensure seamless service.
• Operate PBX systems to handle all incoming internal and external calls, inquiries, and emergency procedures.
• Utilize ALICE, Opera, and other property management systems to track, action, and close guest requests and tickets daily.
• Organize and track guest amenities for special occasions and build personalized itineraries for in-house and outside activities.
• Maintain high standards of guest privacy, confidentiality, and brand ambassador excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Guest Relations Officer in a 5-star luxury environment.
• Proficiency in PBX systems and property management software including Alice and Opera.
• Strong technical skills in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on luxury customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
