ConnectedLiving (Activities) Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests
• Develop and maintain a lively monthly calendar and coordinate special events
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and community spirit
• Track resident engagement and ensure personalized support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role
• Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
