Connected Services Coach

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted coaching and consulting to Ford dealerships to empower personnel in selling and supporting connected services.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits to assigned dealerships to provide ongoing support and monitor performance.
• Host Monthly Performance Reviews and present findings to Ford’s Zone Team, highlighting successes and best practices.
• Track dealer KPIs for trial activations, one-time purchases, and subscription take rates.
• Develop and implement action plans with dealerships to address performance gaps and drive upsells.
• Collaborate with Ford field representatives to align coaching efforts with regional strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with dealership leadership and staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
