About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver coaching and consulting to dealership personnel on connected services
  • Train staff on using the Dealer Rewards Portal and activating free trials
  • Host Monthly Performance Reviews and present to client Zone Teams
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual dealership visits
  • Monitor dealer KPIs for trial activations and subscription take rates
  • Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps
  • Collaborate with client field representatives to align with regional strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of connected services and value propositions
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging coaching sessions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales-related software
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
