About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging coaching sessions to dealership leadership and personnel regarding connected services.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits to assigned dealerships to provide ongoing consulting.
  • Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to increase trial activations and subscription take rates.
  • Host monthly performance reviews to present successes, drawbacks, and best practices to client teams.
  • Track dealer KPIs and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with client field representatives to align coaching efforts with regional strategies.
  • Gather dealer feedback to continuously improve coaching materials and program processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with dealership personnel.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%.
