About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver coaching and consulting to assigned OEM dealerships to drive connected services sales and activation
  • Train dealership personnel on using the Dealer Rewards Portal and managing free trials
  • Host Monthly Performance Reviews and present findings to client Zone Teams
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual dealership visits to provide ongoing support
  • Analyze dealer performance data to identify improvement areas and recommend strategies
  • Track dealer progress toward activation and sales targets and implement action plans
  • Collaborate with client field representatives to align coaching with regional strategies
  • Gather dealer feedback to improve coaching materials and program processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging coaching sessions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales-related software
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
