Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging programs that enrich the lives of residents
• Plan and facilitate a variety of social, recreational, and wellness activities
• Develop innovative programs that reflect residents’ interests and passions
• Foster friendships and community connection among residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role
• Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
