Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging programs that enrich the lives of residents
- Plan and facilitate a variety of social, recreational, and wellness activities
- Develop innovative programs that reflect residents’ interests and passions
- Foster friendships and community connection among residents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role
- Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and event planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
