Congresses & Events Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics for congresses, business meetings, and sponsored events
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior planners, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution
• Manage attendee registration, audiovisual requirements, materials production, and shipment of corporate assets
• Ensure all events comply with corporate policies and healthcare industry regulations regarding interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Oversee operational processes including contract submissions, purchase requisitions, and budget tracking
• Support post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• University degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in event planning, meetings management, or a similar role
• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of event compliance requirements, particularly within healthcare or HCP engagement environments
• Proven experience working with vendors and managing external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
