Confluence Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Confluence financial reporting platform.
• Assist with the development and review of workflows, processes, and procedures for financial reporting technology.
• Create and maintain financial templates, workbooks, tailored shareholder reports, and publishing outputs.
• Review final outputs to ensure data accuracy and proper formatting.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist the financial administration team with reporting production.
• Provide training to junior associates on department workflow processes and perform preliminary product reviews.
• Act as the first level of escalation for technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mutual fund accounting, fund administration, or a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence or other financial reporting applications.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP financial statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and concisely.
