Conflicts Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare conflicts database searches, reports, and analyses to facilitate new business intake and lateral attorney onboarding
• Utilize research tools to identify clients, conduct due diligence, and identify risk concerns
• Provide preliminary guidance and analysis to attorneys regarding the resolution of potential conflicts
• Support Conflicts and Intake Attorneys, the Business Review Committee, and Firm Counsel with conflicts monitoring and special projects
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict adherence to firm policies
• Participate in client intake assignments and database projects, including software testing and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with large databases in a technology-driven environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• JD Degree
• Previous experience working in a law firm
• Familiarity with rules governing conflicts of interest for lawyers
• Experience with Intapp Open or other law firm conflicts software
