Configuration/Requirements Manager

Responsibilities

• Support international project teams in defining, documenting, changing, and baselining project configuration items
• Maintain and improve processes, working methods, and tools including configuration and requirements management via JAMA
• Manage process and project tracking using JIRA
• Trace configuration changes and documentation
• Serve as the Configuration Management authority to ensure implementation according to guidelines
• Update the Requirement Management Database (JAMA) and perform regular audits on JAMA and JIRA
• Coordinate progress on actions, tasking, and issues

Requirements

• Experience in vehicle delivery or vehicle integration
• Proficiency in JAMA and JIRA software
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to integrate disparate information and high attention to detail
• Engineering degree preferred
• Fluency in English; German or Chinese is a benefit
