Configuration Manager Project

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Configuration Management Plan in collaboration with industrial partners and contractors
• Control and manage modifications impacting technical project repositories
• Ensure the consistency, completeness, and traceability of configuration data
• Verify the configuration status of systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• Participate in configuration audits and reviews
• Guarantee the transfer of project repositories to maintenance and operations teams
• Support project teams in creating and organizing documentary spaces
• Control the compliance of documents produced by industrial partners, including technical trees and version sheets
• Administer configuration data for railway security systems, infrastructure, and technical works
• Provide user support and training regarding documentary procedures and configuration management best practices

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Engineering, Document Management, Technical Data Management, or an equivalent field
• Significant experience in configuration and document management within a project environment
• Strong understanding of technical system lifecycles and change management processes
• Proficiency with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools
• Experience working with complex documentary environments and technical repositories
