About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor configuration and change request systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Assess engineering change data and support the resolution of change queries.
  • Analyze and process PRs, ECRs, and ECNs through the Change Control process in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain data repositories and ensure released data accurately reflects Windchill records.
  • Organize and chair Change Control Board meetings, including TRB and CIB reviews.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of ECRs and ECNs with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to process owners.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to ensure effective configuration management practices.

Requirements

  • Experience within Change Control, Engineering, or Manufacturing environments.
  • Strong data management and administrative capability.
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence working with technical systems and engineering data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CM2 qualification.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience using Windchill or similar PLM systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
