Configuration Management & Requirements Traceability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration of project documents and software reference elements
• Ensure integrity, consistency, and availability of configuration data throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the V-cycle
• Verify consistency between requirements, design, tests, and deliverables
• Identify and analyze traceability gaps
• Produce and monitor configuration management indicators and traceability dashboards
• Develop and maintain tools to automate and optimize configuration and traceability activities
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and tools

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Experience in configuration management, requirements management, or systems engineering
• Knowledge of the V-cycle and systems engineering processes
• Experience in document management and software configuration management
• Skills in script development or automation tools are appreciated
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in railway, aeronautics, automotive, or industrial sectors
• Proficiency with tools such as DOORS, PTC, Spectrail, ControlBuild, JIRA, Clearquest, ClearCase, or GitLab
