About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery and ensure compliance with client requirements
- Lead client follow-up meetings and manage project progress (RAF)
- Monitor budgets and define/track KPIs (OTD, RFT, DOD)
- Optimize technical performance and productivity of consultants
- Manage team recruitment, integration, and skill development
- Plan workloads and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business growth through tender drafting and pre-sales support
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the aeronautics sector
- Experience managing Work Units (UO)
- Proficiency in client relations and negotiation
- Strong operational management skills (planning, budget, resources)
- Fluent English (essential for international projects)
- Analytical mindset and leadership skills
