Configuration Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and collaborate with teams to ensure manufacturing and integration alignment
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and software tools
• Drive the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process across multidisciplinary teams
• Establish and maintain engineering and manufacturing bill of materials (EBOM, MBOM)
• Contribute to project coordination for design changes and process improvements
• Provide configuration status reporting for customer and regulatory compliance
• Define and uphold high-quality engineering processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of industry experience in technical fields like Structures, Fluid Systems, Mechanisms, or Propulsion
• Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary systems
• Proven track record of cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
• Working knowledge of Engineering design, CAD (Teamcenter and NX preferred), and manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of Engineering Change Process and Configuration Management
• Experience with PDM and CAD file databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience
• Working knowledge of SQL Databases
• ERP Experience
• Power BI data visualization
