Configuration Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product or system configurations throughout their lifecycle
• Establish and maintain technical documentation related to configurations
• Ensure configuration compliance with contractual requirements and technical specifications
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure configuration management effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal teams (projects, production, quality, etc.) to guarantee configuration integrity
• Interact with clients to validate configurations and resolve specification or modification issues
• Manage configuration changes, including version control and evolutions, using rigorous processes
• Guarantee traceability and documentary management of various configurations throughout the production process

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Mechanics, or General Engineering (Master's level)
• Experience in an industrial environment (e.g., aeronautics, naval, automotive)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English (B2 or C1 level)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
