About the role
Responsibilities
- Apply and administer established Configuration Management (CM) procedures for Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, and Configuration Verification and Audits.
- Coordinate configuration documentation, change requests, and initial releases to establish and maintain configuration baselines.
- Participate in the review and disposition of configuration documentation and changes to the established baseline.
- Establish procedures for implementing changes to engineering documents for assigned programs.
- Ensure the integrity of configuration documentation to support engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Less than 2 years of experience in Data Management or Configuration Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Government defense contracts, specifications, and instructions.
- Experience related to Configuration Management and customer support.
- Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to proactively interface with technical and non-technical teams.
