Conference Producer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding, and event services
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support and manage a 40-person volunteer team
• Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check banners, signage, and promotional materials
