Conference Producer

Responsibilities

• Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programs and content.
• Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies to develop program agendas.
• Engage with expert speakers globally to confirm attendance and showcase their expertise.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, key opinion leaders, and new conference ideas.
• Prepare creative briefs for the Marketing team and provide leads to the sponsorship team.
• Manage speaker databases and ensure accurate files for event management.
• Provide on-site support during events, including managing the order of show and resolving speaker/delegate queries.
• Perform post-show analysis, including job title and content effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in conference production.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong copywriting and research skills.
• Commercial awareness and brand/market awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in the investment and startup ecosystem, gaming/esports, or security sectors.
