Conference Producer

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and gather industry intelligence to determine commercial viability
• Develop and finalize conference programs within stipulated timelines
• Identify and recruit appropriate speakers to address industry trends
• Oversee creation and management of high-quality editorial content across multiple platforms
• Manage editorial calendars and collaborate with writers and partners
• Create, proofread, and edit articles, blogs, whitepapers, and reports
• Identify target audiences and potential sponsors to ensure commercial success
• Write promotional copy for marketing materials, websites, emails, and social media
• Manage conference budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency
• Oversee pre-conference preparation and provide on-site event management
• Source event collaboration opportunities with strategic partners

Requirements

• Bachelor in Business Tourism & Hospitality, Event Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Events, Exhibitions, or MICE industry
• Experience in live content development and production
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and meticulous with a drive to excel
