Conference Producer

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
• Source, compare, and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support and coordinate venue logistics
• Maintain event inventory, quality-check design materials, and track budgets
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation

Requirements

• UK work permit required
• No specific previous work experience required; training provided
• Relentless drive and desire to be the best at what you do
• Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ownership mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organised with ability to structure and prioritise work
