Conference Producer

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify key trends, topics, and speakers relevant to our expos
• Develop and curate conference agendas, ensuring timely, topical, and engaging content
• Source and secure high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from the financial and fintech industries
• Collaborate with internal departments to align conference content with branding, marketing, and sales goals
• Manage speaker communications and logistics to ensure a professional experience pre-event, onsite, and post-event
• Support the on-site execution of conferences to ensure sessions run smoothly and on schedule
• Gather feedback from speakers and attendees to continuously enhance agenda quality

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related roles
• A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret industry trends
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance
• Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management
