Conference Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of healthcare conferences, acting as the primary owner of content, product development, and industry relationships.
• Research and develop commercially attractive, forward-looking agendas that align with market demand and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify, engage, and secure high-calibre speakers, including C-level executives, policymakers, and industry experts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Vietnamese healthcare stakeholders, including ministries, hospitals, and associations.
• Monitor regional and global healthcare market trends to identify new event opportunities and content expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize event performance and audience engagement.
• Provide onsite leadership during events to ensure seamless execution and manage speaker coordination.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of conference production experience, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and senior government officials.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese healthcare market and regional industry dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple international event portfolios simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
