About the role
Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
- Source, compare, and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms
- Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
- Provide on-site support and coordinate with venue staff during events
- Maintain inventory tracking and quality check design materials
- Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
- Track internal team queries and manage budget changes proactively
