About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding, and event add-ons while managing budgets
- Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check design materials such as banners and signage
- Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation on-site
