About the role

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
  • Source, compare, and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms
  • Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
  • Provide on-site support during events and coordinate with venue staff
  • Maintain inventory tracking and update event inventory sheets
  • Quality check design aspects such as banners, signage, and brochures
  • Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
  • Budget review and management to ensure changes are raised ahead of time
