About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
  • Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding, and event needs
  • Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
  • Provide on-site support and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
  • Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check design materials such as banners and signage
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness across all events
