About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding, and event needs
- Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
- Provide on-site support and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
- Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check design materials such as banners and signage
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness across all events
