About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding, and event services
- Plan and coordinate VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
- Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
- Maintain event inventory, budget tracking, and quality control of promotional materials
- Condense and manage internal team queries and logistics
