Responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards
• Use technical skills to improve line and system performance to meet business needs
• Execute standard work processes using AM and progressive maintenance (PM) standards
• Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed
• Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, and breakdown elimination to reduce losses

Requirements

• Experience in machine operations
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools and methodologies
• Understanding of safety and quality standards for operating machinery
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Strong collaboration skills within a diverse work environment
• Proficiency in reading and writing the local language of communication
