Conducteur d'installations (F/H)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor incineration lines, including startup, normal operation, and shutdown procedures
• Manage waste unloading and homogenization using overhead cranes and hopper loading
• Perform regular surveillance rounds to identify and report anomalies such as leaks, unusual noises, or odors
• Maintain accurate shift logs and record intervention requests in the CMMS (GMAO)
• Monitor product and residue stock levels and manage loading/unloading operations
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and industrial risk management protocols
• Coordinate vehicle flow within the hall to respect loading dock priorities

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac Pro or Bac+2) specializing in thermal, energy, process engineering, fluids, or BTS CIRA
• Proven industrial experience in a similar operational role
• Strong technical knowledge, ideally within the field of thermal processes
• Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation
• Strong teamwork, communication, curiosity, and adaptability skills
