Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize construction sites, including technical analysis and resource planning
• Supervise and coordinate field teams, including site managers and workers
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Manage site budgets, costs, and monthly progress reports
• Act as the primary contact for clients, project owners, and partners
• Ensure strict application of hygiene and safety rules (PPSPS, prevention plans)

Requirements

• Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Public Works, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar public works role
• Experience in wet networks (drinking water, sanitation) or land development preferred
• Proficiency in reading technical plans and documents
• Knowledge of public works regulations and standards
• AIPR certification and training
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
