Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee on-site construction activities for tertiary sector projects and office renovations
• Manage project execution including budgets, schedules, profitability, and risk management
• Coordinate stakeholders including contractors, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives
• Oversee workspace relocations, furniture procurement, and installation logistics
• Monitor trade contractors (electrical, HVAC, etc.) to ensure effective sequencing of works
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and rolling three-week look ahead programmes
• Conduct regular site inspections and technical reviews to verify workmanship quality
• Manage project close-out activities including snagging, defect resolution, and final handover

Requirements

• Higher technical education in building, energy, electrical, or IT (ESTP or equivalent)
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Technical knowledge of various construction trades and building constraints
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial project stages
• Strong writing and presentation skills
