Responsibilities

• Organize and manage public works projects from preparation through to completion and reception
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and coordinate human, technical, and financial resources
• Lead site meetings and monitor the quality of all executions
• Manage financial and administrative tasks, including budget tracking, supplier invoice validation, and client billing
• Supervise site teams in collaboration with site managers and contribute to recruitment and evaluations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, project owners, and partners
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites

Requirements

• Higher education in public works or civil engineering (BTS, DUT, professional license, or engineering school)
• Strong technical knowledge of site management and construction processes
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple operations simultaneously
• Proficiency in financial and administrative monitoring
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
• High level of organization and reactivity
