Conducteur de Travaux

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction operations from contract award to project completion
• Study and organize sites considering scheduling, human resources, and material needs
• Monitor work execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize onsite teams
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up including quotes, invoicing, and budget management
• Oversee site closure, including project reception and handling of reservations
• Guarantee compliance with safety rules on all construction sites

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 degree or Engineering School diploma in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades) or strong interest in the field
• Recognized technical knowledge
• Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
