Conducteur de Travaux

Responsibilities

• Study and organize construction sites according to schedule, human and material needs, while ensuring safety
• Launch works and establish trust among stakeholders while enforcing defined guidelines
• Monitor execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize teams based on site needs
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up (quotes, invoicing, client reminders, budget) with the Administrative and Accounting Manager
• Organize and follow site closure, ensure reception, participate in reserve clearance, and transmit elements to the design office

Requirements

• Engineering or university degree
• Seeking a site management internship
• Prior experience through worker internships is a plus
• Team-oriented, curious, dynamic, and motivated
