Conducteur de Travaux

Responsibilities

• Study and organize construction sites based on schedules, staffing, and material needs while ensuring safety
• Launch works and foster trust among stakeholders while enforcing defined guidelines
• Track execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize site teams according to project needs
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up including quotes, invoicing, client reminders, and budgets
• Organize site closure, ensure handover, participate in reserve clearances, and transfer documentation to the design office

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or university track, seeking a site management internship
• Prior experience from worker internships is a plus
• Team player with curiosity, dynamism, and motivation
