Conducteur de Travaux

Responsibilities

• Study and organize construction sites according to planning, human and material needs, and safety requirements
• Launch works while building trust among stakeholders and ensuring compliance with defined guidelines
• Monitor execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize site teams based on project needs
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up including quotes, invoicing, client follow-up, and budgeting
• Organize site closure, ensure handover, participate in reserve reviews, and transmit documentation to the design office

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or university studies
• Seeking an internship in construction management
• Prior experience through worker internships is a plus
• Team-oriented with a curious, dynamic, and motivated nature
