Conducteur de Travaux

Responsibilities

• Study and organize the construction site according to schedule, human and material needs, and safety requirements
• Launch works while establishing trust among stakeholders and ensuring compliance with defined instructions
• Monitor execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize teams based on site needs
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up including quotes, invoicing, client follow-up, and budget
• Organize and monitor site closure, ensure handover, participate in reserve clearance, and transmit elements to the design office

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or university degree
• Seeking an internship in construction management
• Prior professional experience through worker internships is a plus
• Team-oriented, curious, dynamic, and motivated
