About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in budget design after the pricing phase
- Analyze risks and define prevention measures
- Conduct joint inspection visits
- Determine human, material, and equipment needs
- Transmit PPSPS and APRI forms to site supervisors
- Monitor site startup and verify substrate compliance
- Update schedules and coordinate weekly meetings
- Oversee safety and hygiene installations and anticipate difficulties
- Ensure technical follow-up and proper execution of waterproofing, facade, and roofing work
- Manage on-site teams and coordinate deliveries
- Handle invoicing, client follow-up, and additional work quotes
- Prepare and conduct site acceptance, manage reservations, and close project files
Requirements
- Preparing for a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in Civil Engineering or Building Envelope
- Rigorous and detail-oriented
- Enjoys fieldwork and team leadership
- Strong work capacity and proactive mindset
