Conducteur de Travaux Principal

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction operations from contract award to project completion
• Study and organize sites considering scheduling, human resources, and material needs while ensuring safety
• Launch works and maintain trust between all stakeholders while respecting defined instructions
• Monitor execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits to ensure compliance and adjust schedules
• Manage and organize site teams based on project requirements
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up, including quotes, invoicing, client follow-ups, and budget management
• Oversee site closure, including project reception, managing punch lists, and transmitting data to the design office
• Act as the guarantor for safety rules on all construction sites

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 or Engineering degree in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, or facades)
• Strong technical knowledge in building envelope techniques
• Excellent organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
