Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites by managing resources, methods, and equipment
• Implement and monitor project schedules and site documentation
• Ensure strict application of safety, quality, and environmental procedures (Q3SE-RP)
• Manage site installation, subcontractor follow-up, and team communication
• Oversee purchasing, subcontracting, and budgetary control to ensure profitability
• Coordinate site managers and handle personnel management (attendance, training, etc.)
• Support commercial aspects by participating in offer reviews, negotiations, and cost estimation
• Maintain client satisfaction by listening to needs and reporting relevant information

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Significant experience in managing technical sites, specifically in metallurgy or boilermaking
• Proven experience working in an expatriate role, particularly in Africa
• Strong skills in cost estimation, commercial offer development, and budget monitoring
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word) and project management software
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage unforeseen challenges
