Responsibilities

• Manage operational responsibility for construction sites (new builds or renovations) across metropolitan France
• Participate in site preparation, including budget development and technical/economic reviews
• Define human and material resources required for projects
• Consult suppliers to optimize costs
• Implement detailed work schedules from studies to execution
• Manage orders and trigger deliveries
• Participate in site meetings and supervise site teams
• Ensure site safety compliance, including the use of PPE and harnesses
• Manage administrative aspects of construction sites

Requirements

• Successful experience in building envelopes, specifically in facades and cladding
• Knowledge of cladding and waterproofing complexes (steel, HPL, wood, composites)
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and CCTP (Special Technical Clauses)
• Mastery of regulations and standards, including fire safety, DTU, and CSTB guidelines for cladding and timber framing
