Conducteur de travaux CFA/CFO

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders on-site
• Supervise internal production teams and subcontractors
• Oversee site progress, including attending meetings and ensuring schedule compliance
• Ensure compliance with mandatory administrative and safety documents (PPSPS, subcontracting declarations, Consuel, etc.)
• Oversee the implementation of electrical equipment (C15-100, C14-100), intrusion/fire detection, video surveillance, access control, and distribution networks
• Coordinate with control bodies to validate and commission installations

Requirements

• Professional or technological Baccalaureate in Electrotechnics
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Manager (Conducteur de travaux)
• Strong knowledge of current electrical standards for residential environments
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Ability to travel throughout the Île-de-France region
• Technical expertise in CFO/CFA projects, specifically in collective and social housing rehabilitation
