Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare sanitation construction sites, including preliminary visits and defining human, material, and technical resources.
• Manage and monitor site progress, handling unforeseen issues and optimizing resources.
• Supervise and lead field teams through close management.
• Oversee equipment fleet management to ensure availability, compliance, and maintenance.
• Maintain high-quality relationships with clients, including social landlords and industrial partners.
• Participate in site reception, closure, and technical/financial analysis.
• Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and safety instructions.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in public works, environment, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in construction management, ideally within sanitation, wet networks, or public works.
• Strong organizational skills and field leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and maintain professional client relations.
• Knowledge of QHSE constraints and industrial environments.
