About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the startup, adjustment, and operation of production lines
- Monitor the manufacturing process in compliance with procedures
- Control product quality throughout the production cycle
- Perform first-level maintenance operations
- Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Requirements
- Previous experience in line operation, ideally in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food industries
- Rigorous and autonomous work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfort working with strict quality requirements and procedures
