Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor one or more production lines including startup, shutdown, and format changes
• Control product compliance regarding visual appearance, weight, and dimensions
• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP) and QHSE guidelines
• Coordinate and support a team of operators through task distribution and field training
• Perform first-level maintenance and diagnose simple breakdowns
• Ensure lot traceability and complete production and quality documentation
• Participate in production trials and continuous improvement actions

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in line operation or a similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP)
• Ability to monitor production indicators and implement corrective actions
• Rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy
• Ability to supervise a small team of operators
• Availability for fixed or rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, or weekends)
