Responsibilities

• Pilot and monitor one or more production lines including startup, shutdown, and adjustments
• Control product conformity (visual, weight, dimensions) and apply corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP) and QHSE guidelines
• Coordinate and support a team of operators through task distribution and field training
• Perform first-level maintenance and report anomalies or breakdowns
• Ensure lot traceability and complete production and quality documentation
• Participate in format changes, machine settings, and production trials
• Contribute to continuous improvement and internal audits

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in line driving or similar roles in the food industry
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP)
• Ability to manage production indicators and analyze non-conformities
• Rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit
• Communication skills and ability to supervise a small team
• Availability for fixed or rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, or weekends)
